Red Lobster Biscuits

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix Bisquick, milk and cheddar until a soft ball forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by balls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Mix butter and garlic and brush on rolls while still on the pan and hot.

Braized Beef

Buy a roast...this time I bought a cross rib roast and slice it into thin pieces.

Place all the slices into a pan, add chopped onions, salt & pepper and a seasoned salt seasoning. Add water until it covers the meat. This time I added a beef bone, since my roast was boneless. It just seems to give it more flavour!

Place in oven, covered, and cook at 350 F for about 3 hours...add water as it's cooking if you find there's not enough gravy. Serve on rice! Simple as that:-)

Cherry Cheese Cake

Combine: 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs

1/4 cup melted margarine

1/4 cup white sugar

Spoon into a 13x9" pan. Pat down evenly. Bake for 8 minutes at 375F. Cool.

Combine: 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese

2 tbsp milk

Beat until smooth. Add 1 cup of sugar

Beat well and set aside.

Prepare 2 pkgs. Dream Whip Topping according to pkg. direction. Fold in cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over graham crumbs base. Cool. Spread 1 can of Cherry Pie Filling on top. Chill.

Snow Tunnel Cake

Bake Angel Food Cake according to package directions. Slice 1" layer off the top.

Gently hollow out a trench in cake. Tear cake from trench into small pieces.

Combine 1 1/2 cups milk with a 4 serving size package of Chocolate Instant Pudding (or any other flavour). Let set and then add 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and the cake pieces.

Fill trench with mixture...

Replace top part of cake....

Using remainder of Cool Whip to cover sides and top of cake. I added yellow food colouring to the whip this time...you can leave it white or use whatever colour you want.

Add sprinkles or whatever decoration you want...I also added Peeps this time:-) Chill.

Ambrosia Fruit Salad

1 can pineapple chunks

1 small can sliced peaches, cut up

1 can pears, cut up

1 can mandarin oranges

Drain all the above fruit in a collander.

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 size serving), prepared according to directions on pkg.

Chill until set...add drained fruit to pudding.

1 pkg Dream Whip Dessert Topping, prepared according to pkg. (or 2 cups Cool Whip)

Fold in 2 cups miniature white marshmallows.

Fold fruit mixture into marshmallow mixture until well blended.

Cover and chill...better if made the day before serving.

Maple Weiner Wraps

1 pkg weiners, cut in 3

1 pkg bacon, cut in half

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 cup maple syrup

Wrap bacon around weiners and secure with toothpicks.

Place under broiler until bacon starts to brown. Drain grease.

Add maple syrup/brown sugar mixture, stirring well to coat. Put back under the broiler until bacon is cooked.

Once done, scoop out of pan using slotted spoon and serve:-)

Nun Farts

1. Roll out your leftover pie crust dough into some kind of square shape....spread butter on it...

2. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon over the butter.....

3. Start rolling it up as tightly as you can....

4. This is what it will look like once all rolled up...

5. Slice with sharp knife....

6. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400F for 10 to 15 minutes...watch carefully until crust is just browned a bit. Crust will still feel soft. Let cool a few minutes and then remove with spatula...don't let them cool completely on pan or they will be stuck there!

7. VOILA! Nun Farts!!
