Canned Tomatoes
First you wash your tomatoes....
Then you scald them in boiling water for one minute...
Place them in cold water....
Peel and core them....
Cut them up, put in jars and add 1 tsp. pickling salt....
Boil the filled jars in water for 30 minutes....
And voila...canned tomatoes:-)
