These are best made the day before you will be serving them.
Big pot of potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. butter
salt & pepper to taste
Cook and mash potatoes until smooth. With hand mixer, beat in remaining ingredients and put into a greased casserole dish or 9 x 13" cake pan. Cover and put in fridge. Take out one hour before heating it up. Bake at 350 F, uncovered, for 45 minutes to an hour.
