You need to buy the chocolate wafers (I buy Merckens at the Bulk Barn Store), half light chocolate and half dark chocolate.

For the Cherry Chocolates, these are the steps....you need Fondant which you can buy at pastry shops. Mix it with juice from the maraschino cherries.

For the other chocolates, these are the centers....
