12 oz pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand (sweetened condensed milk)
2 tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups salted peanuts
1 pkg. white miniature marshmallows
Over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand and butter. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and peanuts. Cool to lukewarm. Fold in marshmallows and spread in a wax paper lined 9x9 pan. Chill.
