Sinful Pineapple Cake



*Do not use mixer
*Do not use shortening
*Do not grease pan

2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
can of crushed pineapples with juice
1 cup chopped nuts
Beat all ingredients with a wooden spoon. Pour in a 13x9" pan and bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes...I use a toothpick to check if the center is cooked. Don't overbake!

Icing

1 pkg (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup margarine
2 1/2 cups icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat until fluffy with spoon. Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip topping. Spread on cake and chill. Freezes well and it doesn't freeze solid so you can serve it any time and it will thaw out in no time at all! Enjoy!
