Egg Nests

Deli sliced ham
Eggs
Grated Cheddar cheese

Grease muffin pans. Cut in half each slice of ham and using both halves, place in muffin pan, crisscrossing the slices to make a "nest". Add an egg into each nest and top with a bit of grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 400f for about half an hour or until egg is cooked. Serve with Hollandaise Sauce. These are so delicious as part of a Christmas morning Brunch!!
